OUR STORY

Francesco Parravano is a passionate young chef but with plenty of experience, from Italy to Germany, from France to the Netherlands.

He started his career at 16 years old in Italy and now, at 28 years old he is established in Amsterdam, working mainly as a freelance Chef.

His dream is to bring the amazing little street food delicacies from Italy to Amsterdam, especially the ones from Rome's area, where he comes from. 

His belief is that these products meet dutch taste and Italian recipes.

Together with his wife Gaia, he decided to start the Parravano's journey mostly based on pizza al taglio caterings.

Their kitchen is vegetable based, with a careful choice of the perfect high qualities ingredients.
